Before you write
For subscription cancellation, billing, and refunds, Apple manages the transaction through your Apple ID. You can manage a subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. If Premium is not appearing after a purchase, try Restore Purchases in the app first, then contact us if it still needs attention.
